 TLP350 is an ultra-fast optocoupler that is designed to isolate and the power of MOSFETs as well as IGBTs. It is equipped with an  infrared LED that is optically connected to a high-gain, high speed photodetector. With a typical propagation time of 500 nus with an outputting current of as high as 2.5 A it is the TLP350 is perfect for gate drive applications such as motor control, inverters as well as switching power supplies. It operates in the 4.5V up to 20V supply range, and has a 5 kV of isolation voltage that ensures reliable performance in high-voltage settings.
